One Tech Services acquires Memphis Marine & Offshore
Limassol / Singapore, February 2026 — OneTech Services Ltd (OTS), a member of OneTech Group Ltd (OTG), has acquired 100% of Memphis Marine & Offshore Pte Ltd (Memphis) from MariApps Marine Solutions Pte Ltd (Schulte Group).
Memphis is a Singapore-based provider of navigation, communication and technical maritime services with a strong footprint in Asia. OTS, headquartered in Cyprus, delivers navigation and electromechanical products and services to the global maritime market.
The combined business will offer an expanded portfolio including:
- Navigation, communication, maintenance and retrofits
- Technical, automation & environmental services
- Propulsion-related services
- IMO safety & marine signage design and printing
