DECLARATION AND CONFIRMATION OF ASBESTOS-FREE PRODUCTS
Onetech Group Limited, together with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively referred to as the “Group”), hereby declares that, in the provision of services and/or products to its customers, whether directly, through its own entities, or as agents of manufacturers within its network, the Group is committed to not using, supplying, installing or knowingly procuring any materials, products, components or equipment containing asbestos.
The Group further confirms that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, all confirmed orders are fulfilled using asbestos-free materials, in accordance with applicable local laws and Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH), Annex XVII, Entry 6, as amended from time to time, and any other applicable laws or regulations issued by competent authorities.
This Declaration applies irrespective of the date of revision of the above-mentioned legislation.
