  • Allocation/Purchase/Update of Tools
  • Organization/Update of Technical Library
  • Setting up of Technical Storeroom
  • Installation of VDRs and annual servicing of VDRs
  • Purchase/prepare cabling
  • Prepare relevant Technical Manuals/Paperwork/Bulletins (i.e., most up to date)
  • Liaise regularly with the customer support department
  • Complete paperwork for each service, including full reports and complaints forms
  • Contact the customers within specified timeframes to ensure that the function of the equipment is up to standards
  • Follow through with suggestions of improvement
  • Site inspection if required
  • Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
  • Willingness to work globally, including weekends, overtime during irregular hours and sometimes on short notice


  • Technical Education (Bachelor’s, Diploma or other related certificate)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant radio inspector
  • Certification from Manufacturers will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to travel
  • Computer literate
  • Good knowledge of the English language
