One Tech Group, a well-established Group of companies in the marine industry active in provision of services and equipment is seeking to recruit an Accounting Operations Executive to join their team in Limassol.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business related studies or Shipping
Previous experience in shipping is an advantage
Accounting knowledge
English literate
Excellent Organisational Skills
Very good communication skills

MAIN TASKS

To prepare the case for Invoicing (once receive of all expenses and costs involved relevant to the case).
To issue the invoice for completed cases.
To chase the subcontractors for the final invoices if the case was subcontracted involving telephone calls, exchange of emails (verbal and written communication).
To evaluate the offer sent to the customer and prepare the final Invoice through company’s software.
To prepare the Final Invoice with the Correct Invoice address which is usually indicated on the customers P.O. and or various Purchasing platforms.
